Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the DockOptima website and platform. By creating an account or contacting us for a demo, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Service

DockOptima provides multi-tenant yard and dock management software on a SaaS basis. Availability targets, support hours and any bespoke commitments are set out in your Order Form.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the actions of any users you invite into your workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or use DockOptima to send unsolicited communications.

4. Data

You retain ownership of the data you and your users enter into DockOptima. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees

Fees, billing cycle and payment terms are set out in your Order Form. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach on 30 days' written notice if the breach is not remedied within that period.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

These summary terms are provided in good faith. A full Master Services Agreement is available on request for enterprise customers.
